A graduate of the Boston School of Mechanical Dentistry where he specialized in all facets of dental technology. Prior to opening his laboratory, Anthony served eight years with the United States Navy as a dental technician.

A CDT (Certified Dental Technician) and a graduate of St. Anselm’s College with a B.A. degree in Business Management. Joined the organization in 1988 as a manager for the fixed department. Anthony continues to broaden his technical and management skills by completing several implant and management seminars and has been guest lecturer at many local dental study groups.

A graduate of Middlesex Community College – Dental Technology Program joined the organization in 1991 as a manager for the removable department. As part of his continuing education, Craig recently earned a certification in the fabrication and processing of (Flexible Partial) appliances. He is also a CDT (Certified Dental Technician) in the removable appliance fabrication.

A graduate of Middlesex Community College with an Associate Degree joined the organization in 1997 as the business administration manager and case coordinator. Tanya brings with her a vast knowledge in computers and organizational skills.
Ed Rosenthal, C.D.T.

You need JavaScript enabled to view itA graduate of the Magna Institute of Dental Technology in New York, NY, Ed is a Certified Dental Technician and the manager of our Fixed Department. He owned his own dental laboratory from 1986 to 2000, and was a manager of a lab in New York from 2000 to 2006. Since joining the Arcari team, Ed has contributed his knowledge and incredible leadership ability to the lab.
