Over the past few years, we at Arcari Dental Laboratory have added many new restorative options to our product line, such as Captek, Wol-Ceram, Lava, and Procera. We also improved existing products, like the flexible Valplast partials; a tough yet flexible product that is easy to prepare, easy to insert and easy to adjust. Our new technology products were so successful, that we invested in a brand-new Wol-Ceram machine.

We also implemented a new TQM (Total Quality Management) Program which ensures that each restoration or appliance is checked at different phases of the production process guaranteeing the accuracy, fit and function of the final results.

In the later part of 2004, we relocated to a new 8500 square feet facility in Wakefield , MA . Our new facility allows us to provide even better service to our customers. Since the move, we have increased the size of our training department, the number of our customer service team and the number of experienced technicians; which has allowed us to offer you even more.

Advance Communication Practices

Three-way Communication between patient, laboratory, and the dental practice is vital to creating the best possible restoration. Therefore, Arcari Dental designed the prescription form so that smiles could be expansively communicated; making it possible to create teeth with delicate differences (e.g. coping design, surface anatomy, shade characterization, length of teeth, stains, basic face form, facial asymmetry, etc). Utilizing “Lab Net” production software enables us to track a case through each step of the production process allowing precise completion and delivery time.

Arcari Dental prides itself on offering dental restoration and appliances made only with materials that are approved by the ADA .Therefore, all of our finished products are guaranteed for five years against material and mechanical defects and failures. Emergency and same day repair services are another value added from Arcari Dental. We are able to offer such services due to our large staff, laboratory production lay-out orientation, and daily pick-up/delivery (available in the greater Boston area) and shipping service.
